The Dialog Journey (DJ) plugin for the Metabot platform allows you to integrate into your chatbot, developed on Metabot or any other bot platform that supports API webhook calls and receptions, the ability to design, track, and visualize customer journeys, also known as customer paths.
The plugin allows you to automatically add customer data, collected by the chatbot during a conversation with the client, to Mindbox. With the help of the plugin, you will be able to organize the transfer of data to a single customer profile in Mindbox directly from the dialogue in the chat window on the website, in a messenger, or on a social network.
